Hello everyone, I'm 14 years old and I'm 5'3. I currently weigh 263 pounds. I didn't really care about it and I've always been a confident person but lately it's been eating at me. so I came across this thing that everyone is doing to lose weight called fasting. Does anyone know anything about it? does it actually work for weight loss? My goal weight is 150 pounds so how long do I have to fast to get there? I really need help, I'm the way I used to be anymore and it's really scary.

Fasting is a very bad way to try to lose weight and can cause serious health concerns and even eating disorders. Stick to a normal calorie controlled diet!
