Technically your sister is a virgin still. since his penis was not inside her vagina she never lost her virginity. now the bleeding I have no idea. if its not her period and the skin in her vagina never broke (it happens the first time having sex for females) the bleeding is unexplained and I think she should see a doctor about the bleeding.
