i'm a 15 year old and for the past 3 years , i have been masturbating without the retraction of foreskin. and i masturbate at least twice a day . will it affect my health?
No, i did it all the time until 3 years ago at 25 until i was circumcised. I was circumcised for personal reasons, not medical.
You're normal and also it's painful, oversensitive to retract the foreskin when masturbating. It's best to leave the foreskin over the head!! :-)

Natural retraction of the foreskin can occur anywhere from ages 2-18 years. On average, boys will become retractable by age 11 but any age within that range is normal and healthy.

After age 18, if you are still unable to retract, you may have Phimosis (or tight foreskin). It is not a dangerous medical condition. Many adult men with this condition have no problems and are happy with their sex lives without retracting the foreskin.

If you would like to be able to retract your foreskin, there are a couple of things you can do.
- Manual stretching of the skin. You should not feel any pain or soreness with this method. More info here:

- Application of steroid cream such as betamethasone to the tip of the foreskin. You will most likely need a prescription for topical steroid creams.

Phimosis is NEVER a reason to circumcise.
