Hi all, can anyone help me work out if its possible for me to be pregnant - we were trying until this month.
We have sex a week before and a week after my supposable ovulation time in order not to fall pregnant this month as I'm starting a new job.
My usual cycle is approx 32-35 days, tomorrow will be the 38th day of my cycle.
I have done a home test and it was negative so really don't know what is going on.
The only so called signs I've had in the past week is constipation, wind, sore lower back and a little bit of fatigue.
I wouldn't have thought it would be possible to get pregnant this month based on above.
I am holding off getting a blood test because even though we were holding off this month I'd still be disappointed if it's negative.
Any thoughts?

Wait a few days and try again with a home preg test. You can still get pregnant within the time frames you wrote about. If you have not strated your period within two weeks after a missed period see your doctor.
Hi all, just a quick update, got my period this morning so musn't be pregnant.
Better luck next month at least I will have started my new job by then!
