Hi, I have fever, aches in muscles and feel weak, just like in regular common cold. But, this time I have sore swollen glands as well. Is it case of common cold or is it some gland infection?

Hi, it is not easy to answer such a question and even doctors would have to stop and have some things checked, before they could be able to give a diagnose. The main question is are you having a bacterial or viral infection. The symptoms you have described are al seen in common cold, like fever, very red throat, white pus on the tonsils, swollen neck glands.
But, swollen neck glands are also indicators of infection of throat, tonsils or any other mouth structure. If you don’t get better in a few days, I believe it is better to go and see a doctor, in order to check for bacterial infection.
