Anyways, just lately I've gotten paranoid as to whether or not it could be skin cancer... my vagina is mainly a pinkish colour but it is a light brown colour but it seems to be perfectly circular and not very big MAYBE the size of a pinky finger fingerprint... there hasnt been anything else wrong with it like itching and there isnt a lump to my knowledge but i have noticed a tiny brown spot a little distance away, I also don't remember if that was there (but i have been aware of the big one before) is it possible its just a birthmark that appeared later in life?? or I have heard that the vagina changes colour as you age.. could it be that?
Everything I've looked up about a dark patch of skin has said skin cancer but I have also read that you can have cafe-du-lait spots anywhere so... I am not sexually active and only 18... should I worry about it or just watch it and if it darkens or noticeably grows get it checked out?? Thanks in advance... I just need my mind at rest and prefer to not bother my parents about it.
P.S. If i stretch the skin it goes just about the same colour as the rest so .. if that makes a difference
im 27 yrs old and i have 2 birthmarks. one is right above my clitoris and one on my inner thigh where it meets the vagina lips. that one is about a dime size and its dark. i was always worried about them and my obgyn decided to biopsy them, dont worry it didnt hurt at all. they came back normal no cancer nothing. i wanted him to remove it but he said its to big and i would have to go to a plastic surgeon for that. i hate them very much i think they are ugly but no harm to me. i learn to deal with them. My boyfriend dosnt mind them at all. one day i want to get them laserd out but it cost a lot of money. don't stress it .. if you want to go a obgyn and have them check it out , but im sure its nothing :-)
Funny aha I have two marks in the same places. God I hate them. I heard you can lighten them using lemon juice though:)
I’m 20 and I also just discovered a birthmark exactly like you both mentioned. Did either of you guys figure out what it was? I’m going mad worrying about it!
I also have a birthmark on my vagina and it is so frustrating to look at. because apart from being dark its color, It is almost covered by it. and of the inner both thighs. even the anus, somehow not totally covered. like the situation where you can't wear bikinis because of these
