I had sex with my boyfriend Monday (two days before I was supposed to get my period). And he pre-came inside me. I am on birth control but my periods are very regular and I did not get it on Wednesday morning like I have for the last year and a half. I have no reason to be stressed, because there have been months where I am very stressed and I still get my period. So, because it has been less than a week, what do I do? I have NEVER missed a period before...and I have read that it is too early to see symptoms. If I became pregnant, would it have registered in my body to skip my period already? I am absolutely terrified, and I cannot talk to my parents about this, because they would judge me before anything. I am 19, but still living at home to go to school. I do not know what to do. I can barely eat thinking about it. Please help with advice or anything on what to do or let me know if it is too early! I would really appreciate it.

Relax. Having sex just before your period is due is when you are least fertile. Besides, you said you are on birth control which is 98-99% effective taken correctly.

Normally I'd tell you to test now since your period was late, but, it's too early to test. If you haven't had your period in 7-10 days, then test. Even then it may be too early.
Wait a bit longer. The odds of pregnancy are very low.

It's really unlikely though. You'd normally ovulate on days 11-16 of your cycle (28 days). 48 hours after ovulation, the egg is not viable, can't be fertilized. You were on about day 26.

How long do I wait to see if I get it or not? Sorry I'm asking so much..I'm just really confused.
I'd suggest waiting 7-10 days. If you have a normal period then you aren't pregnant.
If no period, take the test.
If no period, take the test.
