Hello! I have had some health problems recently so I started watching out whether the food I eat is healthy. I am new to this and I mostly take the advice from my friends and family who have more experience in this matter. I have heard from several friends that miso is their no.1 food of choice since it is very healthy and nutritive. Is miso really so good for everyone?

Hi! It is good that you seek advice from friend and family, and even better that you have enough of them to turn to in the time of need. Yet my advice is that you shouldn’t take every advice for granted. This advice concerning miso is, nevertheless, a good one and you should take it. It is very rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin B12, and therefore it is good for everyone’s diet.

Hello! I totally agree that you should start using miso as apart of your healthy diet. I just might add that it is not good for everyone but almost everyone. Namely, it has a huge quantity of salt in it and for people who have to cut down on sodium it should be avoided. If you have no such problems I would recommend it for several reasons: It helps in digestion, it appears to help reduce the risk of cancer, it tastes great, it's cheap, and it lasts long! What else could you wish for?!
