i am 15 years old, 5ft 3 and i weigh 6 stone 10. everyone says i need to put on weight and i'm too skinny. i admit, i do eat little. i will only eat one proper meal a day (which is tea) and i probably consume around 500-700 calories a day, sometimes less. i'm always being lectured to eat more but i just don't get hungry enough
