Hello. My friend was hospitalized yesterday since she had gained second degree burns. I would like to know whether these burns are serious. I am very worried and I guess that they are not easy since she was hospitalized. What do you think? Thanks for all replies. They will mean a lot to me.

They can be superficial, which are considered as easier, but there are also deep second degree burns. They are more serious.
