There are drugs that can keep you from having a stool as frequently.  It is an anti-diarrheal called loperamide that is a medication that keeps you from having diarrhea, however, it can slow that stool for passing through your bowel.  You would have to be careful to that you do not become extremely constipated from doing that.  You can take an enema to clear out any feces in your colon.  Other types of medication would just soften the stool to clear it out.  So depending on what you are wanting to do, you can pick which option fits your situation.
