hi is there anything like safe days. i have been having sex for ten days after my periods without protect for about a year now n Ive never got pregnant. please help
Hi, if you are trying to get pregnant try talking to your Dr because your body temperature l know can give a stronger indicator to when you are at your most fertile and ovulating, roughly it is 2 weeks before your next period so 1 week after you finished your period.
The duration of your fertile window is usually 5 days at most: the 2 days before and after ovulation and the day of ovulation itself. You are at the peak of your fertility on the day of ovulation. On average, each egg has a lifespan of just 36-38 hours after it is released at ovulation compared to sperm which have a fertilizing ability of between 60 and 120 hours (3 to 5 days) on average. If you aren't trying to get pregnant but are worried that you are infertile please please talk to your Dr this is not the best way to discover if you can have a baby when a few tests can tell you safely, l hope it helps a little.
