I am so confused-I've looked up everything I can think of on this and still can't find an answer!  I hope someone knows something that can shed some light on this subject :-D  My last period began November 14th and I ovulated on the 28th  (took ovulation tests to know).  My husband and I had unprotected sex all throughout the time I was ovulating.  The thing is, I have a 30-day cycle and it never varies.  My next period was supposed to begin on December 14th, but on Dec 15th my stomach was crumbling so I thought, My periods start but on that day only a spot came out, on December 16 there was on and off  heavy bleeding happen but very next day only a brown thick spot that it 

Now I am confused what was that.
