Hello! I am 37 years old and I want to start with cardio exercise. I am a little bit overweight. So, I am planning to start with running. I am planning to run every day 30 minutes up to an hour. I want to know is this too much of cardio exercises? I hope you will advise me regard this. Thank you very much!

Hello! I think that before you start with exercise, you need to consult your doctor and do some medical exams. If everything is all right and your doctor approves you running, then you should start slowly with it. I mean, you should run few days about 10 – 15 minutes and each day to increase a little bit timing and distance.
