it doesnt look like any other pictures of warts or anything but could it be a hormone thing?

i am 19 years old. me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 years. i had sex 4 days ago. a day and a half after i noticed itchiness and burning outside my vagina. i thought i was just irritated and now there are small bumps but my anus and vagina. they ich like crazy and im not sure if i should tell my mother to take me to the doctor. i have been looking things up and it doesnt look like any other pictures of warts or anything but could it be a hormone thing? i came off of the Depo 6 months ago... idk what it is but it is driving me crazy. it is uncomfortable to sleep at night. my skin just feels dry almost raw. idk it its from occasionally scratching but OMG it burns!!!!!! idk what to do or how to treat it. are there any home remedies or should i go straight to doctor??  oh another thing was break outs. i had small pimple like bumps on my chin the next mornign and now they are huge scab like things. they look nasty! they dont look like herpes but they look like someone picked really bad at their achne. i havent left my house in a few days... this is why i thought maybe hormones or stress related.. anyone help please!!!!
