Itching small bumps with seedlike cores leave crater, scab and won't heal

Hi. I have been diagnosed with mastocytosis (mast cell disease) and these bumps are all over my face. If I don't get the core out, they just get bigger. My face is always a mess because I have to get the the core using tweezers. It's as awful as it sounds because sometimes the core is like an iceburg - much more underneath you cannot see. Each sore starts out as a little seed-like bump in a follicle but then it just gets worse.
Unfortunately, mastocytosis is an orphan disease with very little research done about it. I use sulfur medicine to help dry up the sore, but it's just a bad situation. You can get the sulfur medicine I use at Walgreens. It's called something like "Blemish Be Gone" or "Bye Bye Blemish" and you REALLY have to search for it, but they have it. Look in the acne section (though what the problem is is not acne).

Sounds like molloscum contagiousum it's a virus in the skin could take years to go away unless the hard cores are removed but afte u touch each white seed wash the spot an ur hands really well with purel otherwise it spreads like wildfire to any other part of the body

I have this also and have for several years. I started bathing in a bath with a cap full of clorox and they went away for a while. But they are back. They are very painful. From pictures I have seen, and research I have done, it sounds to me like  Ecthyma Gangrenosum. I have printed a couple of pictures that look exactly like mine and am taking them to the dermatologist this month. Good luck, they are horrible. I have also wondered about shingles, which is caused by the chicken pox virus. Hopefully, I will get some answers and relief soon. I wish the best for all of you!

Have you found anything that works because I also have these horrible creatures on my skin. Have you notice that some of the sores have one or two tiny black dots nearby that seem to be the start of a new seed ? They spread and the seed cores just keep coming back once removed, and the sores never seem to heal completely. What in the world causes these bump to start and how do we get rid of them? are they a fungus? virus?

Muluscom warts is what it sounds like.

I have been dealing with this for years,it gets worse as each year progress.I can take antibiotics and it will clear them up for a while but then they come back.I also have alot of deep long blackheads in my chest area and I also get these on top of my head also.I have seen a doctor several times .He prescribes an acne cream and antibiotic.

I'm 55, type one diabetes (yea I've had it awhile) so I see the sugar connection.  I never seem to get the white core.  I do however get many many little white seeds in different sizes.  I've also found sulfur to help in the healing process.  It will never heal though while the  white seeds remain.  The seeds really are easily removed with tweezers not by trying to grab and pull out but rather you want to take the pointed end of one tweezer side and push it in downward alongside of the white seed and it will pop out with ease.  You need to break the skin.  Some bleed like crazy once you get them out.  Blot up the blood and find another one.  If you can't find one just start sticking the tweezer head, one side, down into the sore and you'll be surprised at what pops up out of there.  Down you have to press down.......invading the area up to a 1/16 of an inch deep ladies........us men will just poke in it there and start to dig.......I'm not kidding anyone.  I've had this stuff along time and no doctor has ever cured it but you must rid yourself of the seeds or it won't heal.  I must have got 15 of those little buggers out today in a sore I could not see any in but it would not heal for months and so I just started digging and up they came with still a few left.  I need to let it heal some before going back in for the others.  What a damn pain this is.  I get them on my arms and no where else.  Use the point on the angled tweezers to press down into the sore.  It's really not painful at all.  They'll just pop up to the surface.  I found this by accident one day and then couldn't believe how easy it was.   Trouble is as the sores are starting, the white seeds are not visible.  Your stuck waiting for it to grow to a point of seeing and removing the seeds.  I have also heard it's caused from a staph infection.  Good Luck Everyone.

Mine are nothing like what I've read about Muluscom warts. Mine are little seeds that show up after the sore begins. The person who is 55 with diabetes best described how my illness works.

I don't sell it. I stumbled across it by the grace of God. I know what I have , and chances are you have the same thing.
