Going way back to the original post. It is DEFINITELY Molluscum Contagiosum. It is very contagious, it is a virus, it unfortunately has to run its course which can be from months to years. See a Dermatologist for care recommendations. Do not share towels with family members and it is most contagious to children, the elderly, and those with a lowered immune system.

I had same problem. It's an infection so spears from scratching holes look like craters the top layer gets dealer and deeper more I scratch and I went to doctor and they prescribe a antibiotic cause of the bacteria I create its almost gone.they give cream too. But antibiotics or wont go away. The bugs (bacteria) goes away but not without. I keep dry with peroxide before went in cause make-up polesporn or most cream keep wet and keep bugs alive. I have the same type of sores that stayed 8 months ago and have been to the Dr 3 time and a dermatoloigist. they all have a different diagnoses. the creams and med have helped somewhat but they just won't go away. they show up mostly in ateas that don't get a lot of air. tight clothing and seem to thrive around stretch marks. this has been humiliating and I take good care of myself. I don't think doctors really know what this is but after seeing a lot of testimonials I think they need to get serious and find out what it really is.I even had a scabies diagnosis aND then the next dr. disagreed. I know now it is not scabies. I wish more doctors would investigate this. it is sevastating.

I cured my daughter of mollescum (after visiting doctors and getting painful treatment) with apple cider vinegar. We would put a little on a cotton ball and use sensitive skin tape to cover overnight. Make sure to rub Vaseline on the skin around the bump to keep it from being exposed to the vinegar. With patience, it worked and was so much less painful than the treatment the dermatologist gave!

It’s a biofilm. Fungus/parasite/bacteria colonies produce them. I cannot tell you what’s causing them but you need to add some sort of biofilm destroyer into the beginning of your skincare routine or your other products won’t be very effective. Try scrubbing with xylitol in the shower. Applying garlic or Manuka honey to sores. Or sleeping in a nice layer of pure aloe vera before removing these things and applying your usual or prescribed acne fighting products. Good luck!

I have had this. my husband thinks ime crazy. I have gone to the Dr several times with a different diagnosis every time it will be a year I'm June their almost Gome now but the cause still eludes me. if I dig them out the sores heal which drives my husband crazy. something is going on. it causes scars that are slow to heal. I've been through the ringer as I know other people on the internet have had the same symtoms. several meds such as pregnesone and others has helped but nit healed. it's been going on for ab I ut a year. embarra song to say the least. several diagnosis. I feel it is a buh that lays egg s but the sore does not always have it. I found 1 on my lower stomach after pushing out of the sore one night. it was in my hand and when I pinched it it junped! needless to say I was mortified. this is hard. I can dig them out & put hair peroxide on it ant they finally give up and heal. I have this and I use apple cider vinegar with baking soda and sometimes lemon juice! Don't pick even though u want too! Go take a bath and that and if u can handle it put use tea tree oil too in bath and they seem to not like menthol or Epson salt! Soak in bath watch them come out and after about 15 min get out and shower immediately to wash them off I use alot of tea tree stuff like shampoo and conditioner it helps alot and ialways keep my skin moist! I have combo oil I made with coconut oil, olive and tea tree I have 1 oil based the other I made a lotion by by mixing my creams together that the doctor gave me for my itch stuff and I added some athletes foot cream to it some oils and vinegar and lemon juice I put in there and I'd say it helps a lot? I also take some vitamins like bioteen, apple cider vinager pills and activated charcoal! This stuff is awful! My story is awful I got so sick when I 1st got this I could hardly move and I had the sores and scans well dfs accused me of being on meth do they did everything they could to take my kids! They even said my last test was positive for it which was bs! So here I sit I lost everything! I can't see my kids or anything and I was on so many different meds that my test came up positive for methamphetamine and ampenthatame which was my Wellbutrin and prozac, clonazapam, hydrocodone, fexofinadine, like 3 or 4 different antibiotics! Vitamins and I used a bunch of oils and creams that we're all natural! So good luck to u all
