This is a Psoriatic condition or just basic Psoriasis.
Psoriasis has a few different presentations.
The seed things are just another presentation. They are PSORIASIS SCALES. As time goes by, the seeds will get bigger and look like fish scales, some look like they even sprouted a thin string like root. But it is just part of the psoriasis webbing attached to the scale.
As the disease progresses or spreads it is doing so by making root like web patterns under the skin.
Dead skin cells pile up, clogging up oil glands.
Look up Keratosis, HYPERKERATOSIS.
There are tips and tricks on YouTube about how to remove it all. Plucking with tweezers damages the skin more.
Instead, try "Occlusion". You can buy psoriasis healing creams.
Or use Lidocaine cream. Spread all over area and cover with plastic wrap (not kidding). Leave on for awhile. I leave it on all night. In the morning it feels gross. Just immediately use paper towels to very carefully wipe it off. Most will be an oily residue with the sebum scales melted enough to slide out.
Wipe as clean as possible. A few scales may be stubborn, don't force them out. Just leave them for next time.
Next, wash your hands with mild soap.
Silver Sulfadiazene has helped me greatly. This is a white silvery cream used on severe burns. It is a prescription only
silver based antibiotic that can do wonders for severe skin issues.

Staph will kill you in a matter of weeks. I speak as someone who was days from having their hand amputated, and am missing a good deal of flesh that they had to remove. I had the infection about 5 days when I went into the hospital. Please don't tell people that they can live with a staph infection for years......... that can kill someone.

So, there are so many comments, it will take a while to read through, but man, this is bad! I've had it on my face, mostly on or near my eye brows, and on my forearms- making me look like an addict.
I think the closest I've come to a self-diagnoses is DH- dermatitis herpetiformis.
I'm also a Type 1 Diabetic and was warned of the association with celiac years ago, but never thought much of it... until so many things started to happen with my mood and skin (nothing bowel related to tip me off to the problem). I realized that the wounds were coming up symmetrically... like on both thumbs, or on both inner wrists, inner brows, etc. I thought it was weird but also a good way to look up what it might be. I definitely am celiac or at least severely gluten-intolerant. If I have gluten now I'm in biiig trouble. The Celiac Association says that it takes 7 years after your last ingestion of gluten to go away.. I'm passed that now, though cross-contamination might be happening. My wounds are still present and no longer come up symmetrically, but more in patches that alternate locations.. eg. my eye brows for a while, then they'll heal, then my forearms break out... then back to eye brows. I was vegan (even raw vegan) for years and with a number of other food sensitivities, my body started wasting away. I started eating high quality meat again and think that is making a difference in my skin healing.. maybe easy to use proteins. I've always had the veg protein powders, so did notice quite a difference adding meat protein back. I also dabbled with bone broth and that also make a difference. I notice that dairy and MSG (yeast extract) make it flare up almost right away, sometimes with sugar. I wonder if the condition is a hybrid of DH and something else all mashed into one- some sort of general autoimmune reaction. I tried my Mom's dapsone cream for acne (also for leprosery) and I think it worked, but too many side-effects for preference. I think I did actually notice a difference with the sulphur, but as a supplement and a topical (by Newco Natural Technology). I really noticed using vegetable glycerin topically made a HUGE difference in healing... I did avoid dairy, msg and gluten and it seemed to go away for a while.. I need to try that again. Thanks for the reminder of silver water people! I have a cool silver water maker and need to get back on that train.

Microscopic mites... demodex, "itch mites", etc.... there are over 20,000 types identified so far. Many are said to not infest humans... but they do. They cause acne, blackheads, rosecia, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, etc. They seem drawn to ppl that eat a lot of carbs/ have candida over growth + have immune issues. Scrub your skin very hard at least twice a day with scrub mits and stiff bristled brush, 10% sulfur soap, medicated selsun blue, borax+ peroxide baths, etc help. Wash your clothes & bedding with hot water, borax & ammonia. Dry on hot or is the sun. You will eventually heal. Research toxic disease, human mites, (even morgellons)... you will find answers that trained medical providers refuse to believe.

Cold sores ARE a type of Herpes. I think there are 8, of which humans are primary hosts at least. They are the herpes simplex virus 1, herpes simplex virus 2, varicella-zoster virus, Epstein-Barr virus, cytomegalovirus, Human herpesvirus-6, Human herpesvirus-7, and Kaposi's sarcoma herpes virus. Research before giving medical advice. Why would a doctor give someone herpes medicine for facial bumps, if it wasn't herpes, and it be effective. Sreiouslyyyyy

Try taking MSM supplements to add sulphur to your system. It sounds like a Malassezia overgrowth, so you'll need to find products that don't feed it. It's a lipid loving fungus (as opposed to a sugar yeast, like Candida), so you need to make sure any cream doesn't include shea butter, fatty oils, parabens, etc. I've been taking MSM for a month now and find that I can eat gluten again! Mupirocin (prescription) and Aquaphor are both the best - they are ointments, not creams. Manuka honey is awesome. I'm finding that if I can keep using these ointments, the seeds become visible so you can remove them. There are a couple of websites out there that let you look up ingredients to see if your products, shampoos, moisturizers, etc. are all safe to use. All of the creams that my dermatologist gave me are unusable.

It’s a bacterial infection caused by mite infestation: if untreated it will continue to spread & possibly cause autoimmune reactions, fibromyalgia, Lyme type symptoms. I had it 15 YEARS before finally treated. Soak in bath with 1 cup borax & 1 cup 3% hydrogen peroxide added to it a couple times a week. This will kill the mites. Then you need to kill the systemic bacterial infection or the sores will keep coming back unless you have a mild case. Minocycline is what you want. Ask for it for your “facial hormonal acne” & any dr will prescribe it.
