Hi. I’m 23 years old male. I have one problem I need help with – I have a burning itch on the underside of my scrotum. There are no visible signs, just itching which is spreading around the pubic area. I don’t know if this info helps but I haven’t had sex for some months now. I don’t think this is something serious which is why I still haven't seen a doctor but I’m wondering what that might be. I tried athlete's foot powder but it hasn't helped so I’m curious to find out what could help me.

Hi. What you’ve described sure likes to me as a fungus. They are very common in this area of the body, especially in the warm months of the year. Unfortunately athlete's foot powder isn't good treatment for fungus infections, especially fungus of the pubic area. I think that you should go to see your GP to decide which infection you have and prescribe appropriate treatment. Hope this helps.

Athelets foot powder will not work, BUT your on the right track.
There is a condition called "Jock Itch" which is what your conidtion sounds like ( if your have peeling skin then this is the near definite cause ). Athletes foot and Jock Itch are actually the near exact fungus EXCEPT that different ingredients are needed for the groin/genital area, hence why the athlete's foot powder didnt work.
Simpily go to the store where they have the athletes foot creams and search for the Jock Itch creams/sprays. Apply the cream for about two weeks and the itching should stop.
Keep in mind, depending on your age ( if you around 14-18 ) your gonna itch on occasion as it tends to itch during semen production becoming faster and more aggressive.
