Hey guys.

I'm 16 and have recently obtained a gym membership. I'm working my whole body out basically, for example 1 day ill do arms, the other day ill work on legs. Anywho, what should my diet be when I'm going to the gym to get bigger? I'm naturally a tall, lean person. I wanna be a tall, lean muscle person lol. Should I get some sort of protein shake and like, muscle milk? Should I be eating a ton of protein based foods like chicken and steak more often? Also, drinking more milk too?
