I'm a 16 year old male, and right at the moment I'm really worried. I've got skin directly beneath my urethral opening on my glans connecting to my foreskin. When I try pulling my foreskin down it hurts as hell. I've been attempting too pull down my foreskin in the shower every day for the last two weeks now, with almost no progress.
Is this relatively common, and how to I solve this?
Please reply as soon as possible. This gets me really worried.

That must be your frenulum. It may be a little short but that can be fixed with a little minor surgery. Usually you can pull the foreskin back when you are flaccid even though it is short. The tip will just bend under.
Mine simply tore when I began having sex, several times. Finally it was no longer a problem.
I'm sure someone will tell you it's really painful, but I didn't have any more pain than you would expect from any small cut.

Well, I'm a bit too embarrassed to tell anybody, so I wouldn't conciser surgery just yet. And I can't pull it back when it's flacid either.
And are you sure it's my frenulum? I thought it was farther behind then half a centimeter? Like, that it wasn't physically possible for it to reach that high up?
Also, I can't stand pain. I'm incredibly patient though.
Is there a way for me to... well, are there any other ways?

sounds like adhesions or a short frenulum no big deal try this.. when flacid.. gently gather the overhanging foreskin and tug it forward... we teach out patient's parents to do this to remove adhesions and promote early retraction without pain.. imagine grabbing your foreskin and pulling it to your knees.. that is the idea.. it is not painful at all and can actually be enjoyable.. then after you are comfortable retract back towards your body and see the results..
