I need some information about exercising. I've just started exercising! How much do I do? I’m 23 years old and I have never exercise before. I didn’t have enough time for that before. Now I decided to start but I don’t know how much is enough. Please, somebody answer my question. Thanks!

I’m afraid that I can tell you that exactly. Every person has an individual quantity of exercise that is right for them. For starters, exercise should not make you so breathless that you can not talk. Exercise should not cause chest pain. You can start with 15 minutes per day for a first week of exercising. Good luck!
