Hello. I am thinking of starting with exercising, but I can’t make up my mind. I have few extra kilos that I would like to eliminate. Do you actually enjoy exercising or you just do it because of your weight? I would really appreciate all your replies and suggestions. Thanks, guys.

Hi, there. I must admit that I started with exercising because of my weight. I didn’t like how I looked. I wanted to reduce those kilos because of my looks. However, later I started to enjoy my trainings. Now, I couldn’t imagine my life without physical activity. That is why I recommend you to start doing exercises. It will be hard in the beginning, but it will pass. You will feel great. Please, let me know what you decide.
