I've put on 6kgs in nearly 2 months, my stomach feels incredibly bloated and even dieting and working out 4 times a week doesn't seem to be making any difference. My stomach is uncomfortable to bend and have something like a seat belt on it. I'm very tired but do have anaemia so that could be the reason for the tiredness. Also it's uncomfortable to lay or try to sleep on my belly. I'm on birth control pills but did have a few weird (and one missed back in December) period...did a pregnancy test when I missed my period and it was negative, any thoughts?
I've also recently moved countries...have I just put on weight and am worrying for nothing?
