I have been peri-menapusal and had no period for 5 months, then I started feeling flutterings and 'baby kicks' I know I cannot be pregnant because I'm 50 years old. But I worried all the same. I was bloated and so I have just changed my diet. Given up on porridge for breakfast and cakes and biscuits, the bloating has gone away. But the kicks are still happening! Tea was irratating my stomach. I feel well and eating better, drinking plenty of water, cut out nearly all sugar, so I think it is muscle spasms and my body adjusting it's put my mind at rest.

I too have those symptoms. Ive been Having them since january. An endoscopy and colonoscopy was done and I was told I had a looped colon. They also ran blood test and an ultrasound I get the results this week. On my lab work chronic gastritis was written down. Sometimes the kicking in my stomach gets so hard it causes me to stress cause so far I have no answers. The longer I go without treatment the harder it kicks. Sometimes I also get sharp stabbing pains. That throb has rotates all around my stomach now, under my ribs, in my sides and back, and sometimes I get the throbbing in my thighs.

You're not. If they've all been negative and you're on the depo you are not pregnant. I've been going through the same thing. Went to the Dr and they said I wasn't pregnant.

This is happening to me as we speak. I thought I was crazy because it is not possible for me to be pregnant. I hope that a medical professional responds.

Go to the doctor. There are too many possibilities and a forum like this will not have the answers. (Doctors don't always have the answers either, but at least it is a start).

I had the same thing for 5 days. Plus I've been tired and just feel lousy. I talked to my doctor and he told me to take otc magnesium pills for a week or two. Well today makes 5 days I've been taking them and I feel great. No more kicking feeling or anything.
