I noticed a spot on my labia right in the crease. So I picked it A small amount of white pus came out. Next day the bump grew in size. I have some anxiety issues where I can't leave things alone. So I did the hot compresses it came to a head and I popped it. Pus and blood came out. Continued draining with compresses twice a day. But I was a bit rough with it. So now 5 days after it popped the pimple is flush with my skin but it resembles an open wound. It doesn't hurt but it's oozing clear fluid which means it's probably slightly infected. But I am concerned it's herpes or something else. I just need to calm my anxiety a bit..
