Last month I had a very light period which was a bit earlier than expected

Hi last month I had a very light period which was a bit earlier than expected, the blood was pinkish and it took 2 days to be precise a day n a half than my normal 5 days heavy flow this happened around the 2nd week of july, now my boobs r heavy n sore I have cramps on my lower waist n back but no periods plz help
