I really need some advice right now, I do not have a father figure in my life so I can't really talk to dad. But Im 15 and haven't puberty or atleast I think I haven't it, I have pube hair, not alot but some, my egs are hairier than they used to be but its turning colors from white to brown. But most of all, my penis has NOT grown. Just will not grow, I think it might be something serious or mean something serious. And not even a little dot of armpit hair so I don't know what to do, I'm completely lost, scared, and in need of help, seriously. Oh and my voice seems deeper.

You ARE in puberty. Pubic hair is one of the signs.
Not everyone develops at the same rate or times. Some guys get "big" early, others later. Your penis can grow into your 20's.
Armpit hair does not necessarily develop until you're 15-16 or so either. Again, everyone is different.
Don't worry teenager. You are developing. Hang in there.
