My period is usually right on (28-29 days). We've been trying to get pregnant for 6 months. This month I finally tried ovulation tests and found that I ovulate late. I know that with a normal cycle, you're supposed to ovulate at day 14 but I ovulated around day 18 or 19. I was just wondering if my late ovulation would affect the levels of the pregnancy hormone in my urine when I tested after my missed period. I also just found out that the test I used has a low sensitivity to the pregnancy hormone (40-50 mlU).
