I am a 21 year old girl, and have on birth control pill for 8 months. My period has always been regular, and my last period was exactly on time. However, it was very light and the color on the pad was brown, but when I wiped myself after urinating the color on TP was red. All the regular symptoms of my period were present (e.g. cramps, tiredness) and it lasted 3 days. Now, it is two days after my period, and I just saw light spotting on TP again. I have been taking BC regularly and only missed one pill but took the missed pill the day after. My boyfriend was away for the whole month, and when he got back when only had sex 6 days before my period (which I assume is a week after ovulation). Should I be concerned? Could this be implantation bleeding? Can I be pregnant? Is it too early to take the pregnancy test?
