Check your penis when you feel the vibration. When this happened for me it started dribbling pee. If this is the case then it would be prostatitis or UTI. If you have pain in pelvic area or groin or your shaft it's because of this. Pain in mid back lower back can be this as well or Kidney stones. Try peeing in a clear cup and see if there is blood. if yes then go to ER immediately because you can have a serious blockage or care of stones or blocked Urinary Tract

Dehydration could be one of the cause... I also have the same problem and when I am dehydrated i feel it more.

I second this opinion. I started taking a pre-workout mix called C4 that has beta alanine and nalt. Since I started taking I've had this faint vibrating feeling above my testical on the left side of the shaft

I am 58 and I have now had this twice; about 1 week apart, 2nd time was tonite. I believe everything has a purpose, and is sanctioned / known about by God and is suitable for instruction from Him either to warn us or bless us. Since our last teen is out of the house, I almost felt the first occurrence could have been God OK'ing or even recommending approaching my usually-over-busy or preoccupied spouse, but doubted Jesus would be so crude, so felt I might hit a wall with her if Old Scratch, El Diablo, was the origin! However she was receptive & we had a great time.
So, after dinner tonite, somewhat too early for her to be interested AGAIN, buzzing started - and since I had decided it was too soon for wife typically to be approached, I did nothing but file away the occurrence til I learned more. Yet totally shocked to find her next to me naked after she got odd social media sometime after I retired!
Reading all the theories, I will say I was sweating profusely in humid above-105 degree heat index today, AND had (2) caffeine containing fountain drinks, TOTALLY RARE for me, as I'm decaffinated most of the time now unless driving danger comes up due to strong effect of caffeine on me (since a senior on HS) similar to alcohol in alcoholics in that it lasts long, causes me to talk in excess, & have unexplained excess anger feelings that have hurt others. A final idea NOT spoken of: I actually had a couple months, a year back, of "vibrating anus" - which I googled, and found to be caused by blood vessels "flubberinfg" hydrodynamically like the flaccid neck of a balloon when released & air escapes. Possible similar cause here? Anyway, that issue resolved by itself, and maybe I'll report back whether I am also being communicated with that my wife finds time with me and no kids to be sexy!

I have the same thing. It's freaking me out. A slight buzzing sensation on the tip of my penis that lasts two to three seconds, subsides, then returns. Like a slow pulse. The only thing I find in common is that I too clipped my pubic hair pretty short a couple of weeks ago. Totally weird.
