I have light head just like all of you been to several Doctors. I had a stent put in last August. Worse light head everyday since. I did have about 3 weeks with minimal bouts.  Then one sleepless night it all came back.  I keep a diary of what pills I take what food I eat how much exercise and my blood pressure.  My GP told me he can't figure it go go to the E.R. They ran a blood pressure study over night taking my pressure lying down sitting and standing. No answers.  I find evenings on the couch are best no anxiety.  Also vigorous walks and elyptical I feel best during that.  I am stopping Lipitor for a week to see if that does it.  So far after 5 days no change. Also I'm going to do weights and leg exercises like the prior post suggested. Looking back in my notes I tried it before and a few days after I started I got relief.  I stopped due to some muscle pain shoulder etc but I'm going to work through that now.

Could be medication side affects

You can actually drink too much water. It will make your blood cells irregular shaped and cause numbness to your face and limbs, and can also cause your thinking to be really weird. It happened to me and I thought I was about to have a stroke. As soon as I figured out that water could be the cause, I lowered my water intake and haven't felt weird or numb since

That's odd I've started feeling the same for the pass 2 weeks and I've been to the hospital numerous of times for chest pain they told me I had anxiety disorder as well but its been 2 months that I haven't gone to the hospital and now I'm starting to feeling like I'm going to faint when I stand up or even when I'm sitting down and I stand up I feel like I'm going to pass out and my vision turns black but I just lean on the wall until it goes away they said I have anxiety disorder and gave me some pills but I rather smoke marijuana then take those pills I've heard and seeing videos on YouTube of people that get a addicted to those pills and the withdrawal is even worse I haven't took not a single pill for the past 2 months and I've been filling dizziness confusion and still have chest pains on my left side of the chest I honestly think that there's something wrong with my heart the doctors said that my heart is OK I think having chest pain is what leads me too anxiety which stresses me out least me thinking that something is seriously wrong with my heart these doctors say I suffer from anxiety and depression when I don't even feel like I'm depressed I just get worried of the chest pain that I have

That doesn't solve the problem though. If someone's dizzy all the time, they can't just live their life normally. They need to diagnose their problem and find a solution.

Have you checked your thyroid?

Same as mine also. You try exercise 30mins-1hr per day, eat veges, and 2 sports drinks a day 1 in the afternoon abd 1 in the morning, avoid salty foods and fatty foods, you also eat fruits and vitamins, avoid stressful work for a month that would help you. Do you have a cure for that maybe you can share to me also.

Get blood test done for your thyroid. It does cause dizziness. I was told it was an inner ear infection. Took pills for two months and nothing worked. Thankfully they did a t3 and a t4 blood test and it was my thyroid again.
