You may have general anxiety disorder. i was diagnosed 3 years ago. It took several medications a lot of trips to the ER then finally psychiatrist. He was my blessing. he told me what i have and right away issued the right medicine. Ive been okay ever since. I still have panic attacks but few and far apart.

Did you ever get earaches as a child? Sometimes it's scar tissue of the inner ear that forms and causes symptoms, but it may not be obvious from an outward exam. Go to an ear, nose and throat doctor and they can test you. It may be what they call a non specific condition related to inner ear issues, nothing horribly serious. Ears can wreak havoc with you and cause nausea and dizziness and other symptoms as well.

There are many possibilities but my own experience was that it was Celiac Disease.  Dizziness, tiredness, and a fuzzy head were my only symptoms.  I gave up eating gluten 100% and now the dizziness doesn't occur as often.  Coffee still seems to cause a problem even though it's gluten free but I figure my gut hasn't healed enough to tolerate it yet.  This might not be your problem but a blood test would let you know.

Changing your eating habit definitely can cause the dizziness.

You need to talk to your parents, not some stranger.

you are not alone i went crazy deeling with the same thing did so much research < to the doctors and know i was fine it was aniety and for me that i have never experienced this, yes it was frighting worry if you were going to pass out, I have come to the conclusion that it could be so many things lack of vitimins, protien, dehydaration, during the time of the month for us girls, aniety if your always focusing on this the least goes on and one..... what i found to help me is focusing on God he has helped me throght this i couldnt had done it alone For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.As I read that verse, the Lord began to illuminate these me in a deeper way. If he didn’t give us a spirit of fear, then clearly he DID give us a spirit of power, a spirit of love and a spirit of self-control. because feeling light headed on the time really was scary especially if the doctors didnt know what was wrong and i was healthy... and trust me this work and I pray and hope you will get better dont wish this feeling apon anybody God Bless

in december 2007 i drove myself to the emergency room. i was dizzy/light headed, my pulse was incredibly high, and i was on the verge of hyperventilating. it was on christmas eve and i was putting in 50 - 60 hours a week at my new job, my dad's cancer was getting worse, and my mom had just fallen and broken her hip. over the next 4 years or so i had all kinds of tests performed to see if there was anything medically wrong with me, happily all of the tests showed i was medically fine. finally, after several trips to the emergency room and thousands of dollars in medical bills, a doctor figured out what was wrong with me. Stress. my mid-brain was producing too much seratonin and this was causing me to suffer from anxiety attacks. i have been on a mild anti-depressive (peroxitine, a generic Paxil) for the last couple of years and i'm happy to report things are back to normal for the most part. every now and then i still get the dizziness, but it has been mild and usually goes away after a short time. breathing exercises usually do the trick. do not underestimate what stress can do to a person, i remember pulling over on the interstate while driving myself to the hospital, and having to call the Highway Patrol to tell them what i was doing. they told me stay put because they didn't want me to try to drive out of fear of me passing out while driving and endangering other drivers. i realize this might not be the problem for all people suffering from these conditions, but from what i've read here our stories sound similar. i hope this helps some of you out there, stress can do strange things to a person.

You all have hypoglycemia. Eat small meals with low sugar, protein and fiber from the minute you get up every hour or 2 until you feel okay and drink plenty of water. Also limit your caffeine. One half caf in the morning is plenty. No soda or sugary drinks (inlcuding fruit juice) for the rest of the day. I had this for 20 years and just figured out what it was. Drink plenty of water too! My mom always said I "didn't eat enough" but since I consider my self 10 lbs over my goal weight, I figured there was no way not enough food could cause the problem. Also, cut out alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine, and you will feel much better. One night of real drinking can put me off balance for nearly a week! One glass of wine with dinner is fine, but you can't "party".

I get lightheaded when I have to climb down stairs. It is very scary, I haven't visited a doctor as yet, but I was told to take vitimin B12 and see if it would go away. Vitimin B12 helps with the nervous system.

I have had fainting spells for over 15 years.  I am a 34 year old male.  I notice it more after I wake up and urinate.  I feel that I won't be able to empty my bladder because I will faint so I try to run for the bed which helps.   I have fainted several times while urinating and have fallen and I have been hurt s few times.  I also have had a history on panic and anxiety attacks.  I try to be aware of the urination issue so I sometime sit while urinating after a sleep And that helps.  it hasn't happened in a few years but today I was out in the cold weather and almost fainted and I have been feeling faint all day.  I have been to the dr and my blood sugar is fine.  I do have low blood pressure though.   I have had a heart monitor before and a MRI on my brain.  tests came back fine.   Not sure what to do

I am having these same symptoms and I went to the doctor and he said it had to do with the crystals in the inner ear. You can tell if that is the problem if you look all the way to one side and your eyeballs twitch. If that is happening you should do some excercises that are supposed to put the crystals back in place. Search online for excercises to help loose inner ear crystals. There are YouTube videos. I hope this helps.
