I have been using lipo 6 for about 9 days now. The first 3 days I took it I felt like c**p!... My tummy was hurting non stop and i felt like I was eating for 3, it made me so hungry and when i would start to get hungry I would have to eat or my tummy got worse, but after I ate a little bit I would be fine.. i did not eat big meals, just every time i got hungry i would eat a little bit and I was not eating healthy becuase i was getting hungry so much, BUT... on the 4th day and since then I have felt fine. I have actually lost 2 1/2 pounds in basically a week.. I have been eating healthy and excerszing, wanting to lose weight for about 8 weeks. I have been trying really hard, excersizing, eating good, but i cut back my calories, i was only eating about 1200 calories a day, and everything went great. I lost 19 pounds in 6 weeks. I started at 206 and ended at 187. That is why I started taking lipo 6, I got stuck at 187 for like 4 days, ( i weigh myself every morning, not a good idea becuase then you get parenoid about it so try only to like once or twice a week) Anyways, I was stuck for a while and now I am 184.5 ( as of today), so I think it has been working. I actually have not excersized at all except for like 15 crunches last night :-( I think it would work more if i excersized more but o well, it is still working. I have kind of been depressed lately because of my huge weight gain (after having twins) and I feel a lot happier since I have been taking them. Completely happier, my husband has noticed a lot and i have too. I dont feel like I get super energized, but I feel like I am doing more in my days of being a stay at home mom. Also, I have not been eating that much. I dont eat big meals, just when I get hungry I eat, and i eat things slow, just snacking on it which is supose to be good anyways. But anyways, i just wanted to share. I will ask any questions if you have any, and I will keep updating on how it is working for me. I will post in a week or so unless questions before then. But so far, i do recomend it. (also, it says not to take it non stop, to take a couple of days off, i have not yet but next week i am going to take a couple of days off...) Also, it says the first day to take one in the morning and one in the afternoon, then the second 2 in the am and 1 in the afternoon and then on the 3rd day 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, I have just been taking 2 in the morning i feel like the more i take i feel not so good in the evening. but that is just my personal experience.
Also, I forgot to mention that the first couple of days when my tummy was hurting a lot, i felt like i was pooping a lot, i dont know if it was extra or if my body was just getting use to it and reacting differently, but that was a part of my tummy ache, I have not had any problems since the first couple of days except like every other day or so i have like two little poops instead of just one... lol i feel dumb for saying that but I want to help people out and give you the full report of my experience :-)

One thing you need to do is cycle your calories a bit. Try eating a little more one day and little less one day. I got stuck and tried it and the weight started coming off. I had my second child in april of this year. I was at 245 lbs, now im at 185lbs. I also eat protein snacks more, lots of water like 2L a day, and working out hard intensity and also try putting 1-2 new exercises to prevent plateau's. You basically hit a plateau and your body won't budge, its gotten used to your routine,lol.Get it out of its routine!This happens to me every 20 lbs I lose. I have lost a ton. Im 5'7 and im nearing my goal weight for 130lbs!!!
Only 50 more to go, seems like a big number just keep going, Your doing wicked!
