i have just noticed little bumps, practically invisible but very easily felt, on the sides of my neck...it doesn't itch or bother me, but i would like like to know what this may be. My grandma says its most likely a reaction of some sort and it'll go away, but in the mean time...i really don't want it to keep spreading. Any thoughts?
