My son who is almost 2 has been having for several months 3 small hard clear like bumps in the pubic area. They are not puss filled and do not bother him. What do you think they could be? Any response is better than no response. I have taken him to the doctor several times and finally he said to put Neosporin on them, but they got worse (bigger and red) of course I stopped and I am in consideration of a new doctor

Since he is only two years old and in the beginning your doctor said it is probably nothing I think that maybe he is right. Sometimes it is possible that as parents we overreact and we are trying to avoid any possibility that our child gets sick and that we don’t notice something like that.

Clear bumps are maybe reaction to something you are using, diapers or powder but it could also mean nothing and it will probably go away. But if you can’t wait for the bumps to pass on their own then change the doctor just to relax your own mind. You are aware that your child can feel your frustration and that by worrying more than you should you are not helping. Keep us informed and good luck.
