Hi, i have a 5 month old baby and yesterday my mother and i noticed a pimple on the underneath of his penis. white stuff easily came out. we thought if was powder or maybe white build up. but now today there is a pouch of fluid building up just slightly below where the pimple was. is this something serious or will it go away on its own?
