I have the same thing,i have had mine since being 11 years old and off and on thru the years i will feel like something is in it and when i have family check it too has a string like strand or a piece extract from it , i do not know what it is,nor what caused it i know recently i had my daughter take a long needle and upside down slide it in to see gently at entrence if there was any form of pain or nerve feeling,and as she told me she circled the inner edge of hole with needle head , i felt only a dull sinsation just faint like i thought i might have felt something ...then my daughter said do you feel that i said what ? She said mom i slide the needle in a little and this hole is deep .
I do not know what causes this , or why it is there i too as so many others have it center back between shoulder blades . Its so weird to have something you have no recolection of ever cauaing a perminent hole that never closes,yet if say for example you squeese a black head or pimple it closes within a short time and skin heals itself .....so that being tge case why do so many have this tiny pin hole ? Inquiring minds want to know :)

I have one right above my leg and it felt really weird whenever all the white stringy stuff came out I don't know what it is

I had a white hard bump/ pimple on my forehead and a few days ago it got flat Little so I touched it n picked at it and squeeze it and this white hard stuff come out now I have a lil hole.

I'm not sure if it's the same thing I have. But it was a large lump on the crease of my crotch. Very inflamed and tender. It resembled a large pimple at first. I broke the head and squeezed out puss and blood. About a day after a small hole appears where the head of the afflicted area appeared and took days to close. I went to the doctor and he told me it was hydranitis faliculitus. A skin disease that would follow me for life with flare ups every now and then. It was a form of "acne"

I've had a small hole in my chest since I was born over the years it does secrete puss when I'm not feeling well I usually expected in the shower and it goes to the small hole again I was told it was a cyst and if it he continued I can have surgery to have it removed but it always leaves a tiny hole that's been there my whole life

I have a large hole about the roundness of a pencil in the skin along the bottom of my jaw. There is a hard lump. It's been over a year and I can get some puss and lots of blood out but it fills back up and the hole doesnt go away. The hole is about the depth of 2 nicklels height. I had an abscesses tooth right above this. Went to er a year ago and dr laughed ay me saying you go to an er for a pimple. So I have been hesitant to seek treatment
When I do squeeze it he pain returns to that same tooth like im pressing this stuff back in the tooth and jaw. Any ideas?

My dad has some hole on his back that seems not to go away. Also when you squeeze it nothing comes out. its just a hole. Why is it there?

The Doctor should not be laughing about something that could possibly be serious.
I also had a abscessed front tooth with symptoms similar to yours. A Dentist took one look at the X-ray and freaked out. He sent me to an Oral Surgeon to have a cyst the size of a quarter from just above my tooth. That was 10yrs ago and now im fine.
