My mom spotted a hole on my dad's back and she squeezed it and white, stringy stuff come out. I went in, she told me and said I should squeeze it hard (eh..) and I did and tons of it came out. Had a weird small to it too.

It is probably nothing...if it smelled bad, it is probably just some kind of skin inflammation or infection that involved accumulated sebum. Sebum is the white stuff that collects in pimples.

I have the same thing beside my left eye and I have that hole for as far as I can remember, the doctor said it's just some abnormality - when a baby grows the skin changes bones combines, skin expands and other changes in the body, unfortunately there are some people who happens to have some abnormality thus the opening of the skin.
The hole near my eye is just like a pocket - nothing connected to any veins and the likes. The white stuff that comes out is actually just surface dirt - from dust, soap and others.
As long as the area will not be irritated there's nothing to worry about but in some rare cases surgery will be needed if the hole causes too much discomfort.

I too have had the exact same thing happen to me.
About ten years ago, I went to see my general practican doctor, and complained of the sensitive lump on my should blade.
The doctor squeezed it, and out poured this white liquid. Felt like a pimple had popped.
He seemed unconcerned, and I was embarassed about it.
About 8 years later, I started getting shoulder pains, shooting into my neck.
After a while, I felt around my shoulder and found a hard, firm patch, near where the pimple lump had been.
I squeezed it, and a stringly white paste came out. And after a few hours, I did it again. After two days, I had expressed all the stuff, the hardness had shrunk... my shoulder pain vanished, and nothing more came out.
It appears to be a back-ed up pore that gathers stuff that festers inside.
I just keep an eye on it.

i just got on here because i have one near my wrist. i felt the lump and squeezed it 4 times in a row and each time a whole bunch of the pasty puss came out. it definitely has a smell to it. i remember having this several years ago and don't think it is anything to worry about

Hello, A friend of mine has a hole in between the shoulder blades in his back. It started as what looked like a small pimple with black and yellowish stuff coming out. After it healed it was a small hole. About once a week he would get someone to pop this hole as it seemed to build up. He has had it a year now and the hole is pretty large but doesnt seem to have anything come out of it to much anymore. If anyone has any idea of what this is id appreciate it. He has been dealing with it for a long time now. He has used almost every cream imaginable and kept it real clean. Even if it had been an infection ud think it would have healed within a year. It doesnt look infected tho. Its not red, skin looks healthy and the hole looks deep and dark.

Some of you may have a sebaceous cyst, basically a backed-up sebaceous gland. I have one on the back of my shoulder. Check these videos out to see what I mean.

Thank you so much. My brother and I get these tiny holes in our skin and seem to look black, I had two on my arm today and when I squeezed it out, white stuff came out and there was some black too. I thought it was just a build-up of dirt in an opening in my skin. I got quite concerned only because after I squeezed it out I'd have a red mark on my arm. Anyways this helps me alot, thanks :D

I found one of these bumps on my boyfriends back while rubbing his shoulders. I have been Googling like crazy to find out what i could be. These descriptions describe it perfectly. The videos are SO GROSS. I'm glad his isn't that bad. I just work on it a little bit each night and get some puss out.
