I have the same problem. They are miniscule white/yellow dots on my scrotum and the part that connects my penis to my scrotum. If I pop them whitish paste comes out but they are tiny so only little amounts exit. They are only really visible when I have a boner or stretch it. I know you guys are saying don't worry it's not harmful but, I don't want them on my penis. It puts a damper on my sex life. How do I get them off?

hi there dont worry about this if thay are yellow which thay sound as though thay are and i have the same thing and iam 30 i have had it cheaked when i was 16 drs said its part of the penis and nothing to worry about and that most men have this it only needs looking at if its a sti or pimples which are pink brown or black in couler also i have look online and this says the same so sounds like ur in good heath and dont worry about it as long as it does not sing or hurt when you pee as if it does this could be a infection which you can sort out with cranberry juice or cranberrys if you dont want to go drs if the infection does not go then go see drs but to me it sounds like what you have it nothing to worry about as you will have this for life and is part of your penis so this is one less thing to worry about hope this helps.
