When i first found out about these spots, was quite scared. i didnt know what to do so i stayed quiet about it. i then found out on the internet that it is usual to get very small lumps around the scrotum, because those are where your pubic hair grows out from.
I then realised that i had the spots growing up the back of my penis and slowly getting bigger. a few got septic and thought i had std. but i had NEVER HAD SEX??!!? o.O

There are many things it could be, if the spots are only 1-3mm and have little white heads it tends to be a more common thing than you think and a LOT of men have it and are concerned, I was one of them. Do a google search on it and you can find out what it is exactly you have.
Otherwise I'd advise you just to see your Gp, pronto. They've seen it all in a days work and can advise treatment if it's really getting you down.

Fordyce's Spots thats what their called. over 90% of men have these and don't notice til a later age. i have these on my scrotum and i have an active sex life :) :D no girls a worried about these as they know there very common. basically its oils of your penis under the skin creating sebeceous glands to become imflammed, nothing to be worried about. i went to my G.U.M clinic and asked about these and they said they would gradually dissapear with age i still have them now but are starting to fade. their advice to me was keep the area clean at all times. i was also advised to NOT ATTEPMT TO POP THE SPOTS AS THEY GROW BIGGER IF U TRY! and can be very painful , its a natural process thats becoming so common nowadays i guarentee u most of your mates have these spots and are worried as much about it as u, just not showing it (just like you). don't be worried and don't let it effect your sex life because your worried what they think. i was worried and then when i fount out what it was i was relieved and started to relax after worrying for 8months. i look back on it now and it all seems too silly. also if u have rough skin under the head of the penis that will gradually go away aswell.
