I have read about this weight loss programme that advertises you lose "a stone in 2 weeks or your money back". The money back element makes it tempting, and I am thinking of signing up. What do you all think about this? Have you heard about methods to lose a stone in 2 weeks? Have you lost a stone in 2 weeks? Do I sign up for the programme or try on my own?
