I started watching what I eat after the new year and have managed to lose a few pounds. Still I feel the weight loss is taking far too much time and I would like it to go a lot faster. Like, half a stone in a month kind of faster. Is this possible and how do you think I can make it happen? I would appreciate any replies.

Of course it is possible to lose half a stone in a month. All you need is a bit of determination. You can also add a work out to your routine, like the primal work out, which I really like. You can do that from home and don't ever need to sign up for gym membership. Eat less, but eat the right kinds of foods, and fat loss will come automatically.
