I have been suffering from diabetes without knowing it, God only for how long. Probably as a result of this I have been putting on a lot of weight over the last few years. All in all, I do carry around five stone too many. And it is doing my joints in. My knees hurt and my back throbs. I feel a desperate need to lose these five stone. But I don't want to do it in a way that can make my diabetes even worse. I think slowly does it. It would be a great help to me if someone some valuable tips to achieve the weight loss.
