I saw so many threads about belly fat and how to lose it that I want to share what worked for me here. I tried diets, and more diets, and found that didn't work at all. Now, after doing a work out regime that includes rope jumping, push ups, pulls ups and sit ups, and lasts only 15 minutes each day, I can tell you that exercise is the way to go. If you want a flat belly, stop dieting and start exercising.
