Can you share your best diet ideas for losing tummy weight? I have that infamous little fluffy belly that so many women struggle with, and I already know from experience that dieting does not work for this general area of the body (or perhaps I have gone on the wrong diets, or not been on a diet for long enough?). Ab crunches and sit-ups have also not done much for me, though I hate exercise and must admit to never having done very much of them. I get tired after 10 to 15 ab crunches and get very unmotivated. Would you give me any advice you may have? Thank you very much in advance for any advice!!
