For those who are not big about exercise, walking might be a great alternative when you are trying to burn calories and lose weight. In order to lose weight, all you need is to burn more calories than you are consuming - therefore, losing calories walking can be a wonderful thing! I started getting off the bus a stop early every day, on my way to work and on my way back home. A month later, I am already noticing results! And I have a lot more energy too! I highly recommend walking to lose calories!
