Hi there

I think I am in the premenapause stage as I have several of the symptoms. I have always enjoyed learning new things and being active but now all I wont to do is sleep most of the time and have to push myself to do things. I look forward to the evenings when I can close my front door and be comfortable at home. I'm 52.
Would appreciate any advice.
Yep i can so relate....

I'm in perimenopause and i'm 45.

I think it's just your bodies way of saying slow down a little.

Also have your iron checked, i felt tired 24/7 then started on iron tabs and feel much better.

On the upside, i've found sex to be much better!!! :-P
