I have been regularly smoking marijuana for 28 years and I have recently stopped smoking (again). But each time I stop, I develop very low sex drive (I ejaculate as soon as I start having sex). This is depressing and am thinking of resuming smoking cannabis again even though it is the last thing I really want to do! I need urgent help before I relapse again.
Something similar to this happened to me. After I quit (June 1, 2011) I had very low to no sex drive, and erections were too soft to perform. I went online and bought some viagra and that helps a lot. If you don't want to purchase viagra online a lot of the condom shops (Condoms to Go, or Condom Sense) sells over the counter erection aids. Don't be shy about asking the person at the counter about it. They have been asked before and are more than willing to help you find what will work best. I have read, however that this low sex drive "problem" is not forever. Unfortunately it may be a few months though.
I can only blame low libido because of this - nothing else. I don't think that once you stop taking marijuana, you don't have the will for having sex. It is true that your sex and your sex life when high on THC can be a powerful aphrodisiac, but no one can tell me that connection between marijuana and sex is not related on physical basis! Physical contact is experienced in slow, intense and granular motion while the sensory perceptions are heightened. Marijuana affects your brain and that is why maybe boys don't feel any kind of the excitement when they are not high. But they should find some other things to focus on.
