I'm a 30 year old male and I am having an issue with my lower stomach just looking out of propportoin and feeling like a barrel of oil sloshing around when i walk. Here's the pics.

I have no pain in my stomach, really nothing odd going on with me down there except visually.

As for a background, ive been active in the gym for oevr ten years so yes I do workout, i've been all up and down the scales inentionally from 250 lbs to 165 lbs depending on my goals. My diet is in check and I get my fiber. Just some thnings to consider before speculating on what orwhy this could be happening to me.

I do plan on seeing my family doc about this tomorrow but I'm just looking for insight as to the what the main issue could be in the meantime.

also this issue has been with me to some extent for years, this is actually nothing new. I always attributed it to me just simply being fatter than i think i am, but I have lost 60 lbs over the past year and from what i've read elsewhere is that visceral fat is the first thing to go when you start dieting. So I severely doubt this is fat buildup considering you can see how lean I already am from the pics (under 10% basically).
Did you find out what the problem was?
